BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A ballerina who danced her way into the heart of one smitten fan received an onstage proposal following the opening performance of Ballet Idaho's "Nutcracker."
Angela Napier gave a tearful and joyous yes to Grant Gibson following Friday's performance at the Morrison Center.
During the curtain call the stunned ballerina was called to center stage by the company's artistic director where Gibson got down on one knee in front of the audience.
The Idaho Statesman reports the two met about a year ago after Napier moved to Boise to join the ballet company.
Gibson says he knew she was the one after he saw her dance.
